Great location, helpful staff, quiet surroundings, and comfortable superior rooms.

Felt very secure, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see in the old part of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and comfortable room that was serviced daily. The breakfast provided was great, with a variety of options including fresh bread, cured hams, great coffee, and fresh fruit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, speaking very good English and giving us directions to all the places we wanted to visit.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Convenient central location with a noticeable sign. A family-like atmosphere, they even made a special dish when I was unwell. Attentive to detail, they arranged an early morning taxi. Loved everything about the stay; perfect location, great room, and amazing staff. Strongly recommend this charming place.

The only downside was the occasional noise from the street, but it didn't significantly affect my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Palermo. I had a pleasant stay at Posta and would happily return in the future.
